The smartest way to maximize the performance of your chillers, cooling towers, condensers and boilers is to proactively maintain them. The Scale Free Systems PerformanceMax® Interactive Service program is a customized, remote service program designed for mechanical HVAC refrigeration service technicians with no chemical water treatment experience needed.
How it Works
Scale Free Systems service department schedules the remote video conference between your on-site maintenance technician, and our SFS technician located at our controls service center. Our SFS technician, along with your on-site technician goes over the service needed as if we were standing right there.
Why it Works
- PerformanceMax® Interactive Service eliminates the concerns associated with the responsibility of performing your own maintenance without having an SFS technician on-site.
- Remote-based service programs also allow for considerable flexibility with scheduling a service call.
- Provides incremental revenue incentives for regional HVAC service contractors. SFS will pay local contractors for servicing customer equipment with our remote supervision, which can also lead to additional service opportunities for regional contractors.
