Bob is the president and 4th generation owner of R.F. Meeh Co. (established 1910); a sheet metal fabrication, HVAC and construction company. He is also president of Meeh Climate; a mechanical piping and service company, and co-owner of MJ Products; a toilet partitions and accessories distribution company.

As the President of Scale Free Systems, Bob oversees the company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He works with the company directors to outline strategies and guidance for the development of all projects. He also develops new and maintains existing client relationships throughout the country.

Bob studied Construction Management at Meramec Community College and has been in the mechanical sheet metal industry for 35 years.

As an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman and overall sports fan, through Scale Free he found a way to merge his passion for the environment and community with his education and experience by designing and patenting the non-chemical water treatment process which protects the environment while facilitating maintenance and lowering costs.

Robbie is the 5th generation of Meeh working at the Meeh Family of Companies. He is currently apprenticing for HVAC maintenance to expand his skills set and practical experience in the industry.

As the Service Director for Sales for Scale Free Systems, Robbie maintains existing accounts by analyzing monthly service sheets, planning daily service schedule and conducting tests. He documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. He maintains rapport with customers by examining system anomalies, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and recommending system improvements. He establishes new client service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and assisting with installation. 

Robbie graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, where he was also active in athletics and student activities groups.
